Automatic preset tuning will stop when stations have all been stored up to E8. Memory back-up The memory back-up circuit prevents the stored data from being lost even if this unit is set in the standby mode, the power cord is disconnected from the AC outlet, or the power supply is temporarily cut due to power failure. However, if the power is cut for more than one week, the preset stations may be cleared. If so, store the stations again by using the presetting station methods. 2 Press TUNING MODE (AUTO/MAN'L MONO) so that the "AUTO" indicator lights up on the front panel display.
