There may be too many extenson phones on the telephone lne to allow all of them to rng smultaneously. If the other telephones n your home are havng the same problem, the problem s n the wrng or local servce. Other electronc products can cause nterference to your cordless telephone. Try nstallng your telephone as far away as possble from the followng electronc devces: wreless routers, rados, rado towers, pager towers, cellular telephones, dgtal telephones, ntercoms, room montors, televsons, VCRs, personal computers, ktchen applances, and other cordless telephones. If another telephone has the same problem, the problem s n the telephone wall jack. Nose from a televson, rado, or other applances may cause the telephone not to dial out properly. If you cannot eliminate the background noise, first try mutng the cordless handset before dalng, or dalng from another room n your home wth less background nose. · Make sure the power cord s securely plugged nto the telephone base. Plug the telephone base nto a dfferent workng electrcal outlet not controlled by a wall swtch. · Reset the telephone base by unpluggng the electrcal power to the base.
