VHF/FM analogue reception: Select a VHF TV channel on your TV or a FM audio channel on your radio and try various angles and lengths of the telescopic VHF Antennas until you get the best reception. UHF analogue reception: Select an UHF TV channel on your TV or a DAB FM audio channel on your radio and try various rotation angles and tilts of the ring UHF Antenna until you get the best reception. ­ Optimize sound and picture by turning the Gain Control of the amplifier.
