Because of these phenomena, OMT364 has built-in compensations for the temperature and pressure of the operating environment as well as for the water and CO2 content of the background gas. To achieve the most accurate measurement, the compensations should be enabled. The compensated output corresponds to "% O2" in the actual environment (T, P, humidity, and CO2).
