[. . . ] GENERAL The mounting flange for 12mm humidity probes is a silicone flange for sealing the hole and mounting the probe in a throughwall installation. Use it if the flange alone is not enough to hold the probe in your application. QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE 3. Mounting Flange for Humidity Probes 4. To mount the probe in the flange: push the probe through the flange so that the filter is past the silicone, and enough of the probe remains inside the flange to hold it tightly. See Figure 2 To use the cable plug (HMM100 only): Push the probe through the flange, and insert enough cable in the chamber to avoid heat conduction, and to allow the probe to be installed and moved properly for calibration.
