Programmme 6: Dough (kneading) For the production of yeast dough for bread rolls, pizza or pretzels. The baking process does not take place in this programme. Note: The default setting on switching the appliance on is 1250 g. Programme selection (Menu) Call-up of the desired baking programme (1-12). You can watch the program sequence via the window of your Bread Baking Machine. Notice Do not open the appliance lid during the rising phase or the baking process. End of the programme When the baking process has been completed, ten acoustic signals are sounded and the display indicates 0:00. Note A browning level cannot be selected with the programmes 6, 7 and 11. The bread size cannot be selected with the programmes 6, 7, 11 abd 12. You now have the option of setting the end time of your programme using the timer function. [. . . ] Important The appliance and its ancillaries are not suitable for being cleaned in a dish washing machine!Housing, lid, baking space Remove all residual matter in the baking space with a moist cloth or a lightly moistened soft sponge. Wipe also the housing and the lid, again only with a moist cloth or sponge. For easier cleaning, the appliance lid can be removed from the housing: Baking moulds and kneading paddles The surfaces of the baking moulds ¶ and kneading paddles ² have a nonstick coating.
