Suggestion · Make sure the AC adapter is plugged into the base and a wall outlet. · Make sure that the charging contacts on the handset and on the base are clean. · Move the handset and/or base to a different location away from metal objects or appliances and try again. · Make sure the AC adapter is plugged into the base and a wall outlet. · Disconnect the AC adapter for a few minutes, then reconnect it. · Keep the handset away from microwave ovens, computers, remote control toys, wireless microphones, alarm systems, intercoms, room monitors, fluorescent lights, and electrical appliances. · Move to another location or turn off the source of interference. · Call our customer hotline at 1-800-297-1023 Handset doesn't ring or receive a page.
