Copy those two firmware files into the TViX fw folder of the TViX hard drive. Turn off the TViX and then connect it to your TV to upgrade the firmware. How to upgrade the firmware 1. Right click the "My computer" icon properties hardware device manager to see TViX is properly installed 25 1) When you double click the hot swap icon on the windows tray, the "Unplug or Eject Hardware" window will be displayed.
