[. . . ] If you plan to use your StoreJet drive on various different types of computers, game consoles, or media playback devices, we recommend keeping the existing FAT32 file system. However, if you plan to store large files that exceed 4GB in size, you will need to format the drive to a different file system. Formatting the disk will erase all of the data on your StoreJet 35T3. ® ® To keep existing data, you will need to use a Windows or Mac computer that can detect the StoreJet drive to make a backup copy of all essential files. Windows® XP 1. Download the StoreJet Format Utility from Transcend's online Download Center at www. transcend. com. tw/downloads 2. When the download is complete, extract the downloaded ZIP file to your computer's hard drive (not the StoreJet 35T3) and run the StoreJetFormatter. exe application.
