NOTE: The Web Password can be up to 15 characters long. i j k l m n Highlight Done, and then press OK. If you want to limit access from unexpected DMCs, press C or c to select On, and then press OK. If you want to proceed with registration of DMCs, press C or c to select Yes, and then press OK. The selection of the media is done by the DMC - the TV does not select the input. The TV can play photo, movie, or audio files when operating as a DMR. Installation You can configure the DMR settings individually, or use Installation mode to be prompted for each setting in order. a In the PREFERENCES menu, highlight Media Renderer Setup and press OK. If you want to change the device name as a Renderer, highlight the Device Name field and press OK. The device name can be confirmed from the DMC. a b c d In the PREFERENCES menu, highlight Media Renderer Setup and press OK. NOTE: The Device Name can be up to 127 characters long. f g Highlight Done, and then press OK to save your setting. If you want to change the password, press C or c to select Yes, and then press OK. e Highlight Done, and then press OK to save your setting. 37 CONTROLS AND FEATURES English Web Password Setup This setup determines the password that is necessary for the DMC to access built-in web pages on the DMR. Maximum Volume Setup This feature allows you to set the maximum volume of the TV when it receives volume operation commands from a DMC. a In the Media Renderer Setup menu, highlight Web Password Setup, and press OK. Change the password by using the Software Keyboard (see page 36), and then press the BLUE button. User ID cannot be changed. a In the Media Renderer Setup menu, highlight Maximum Volume Setup, and press C or c to adjust to the desired volume. b NOTE: · The TV's remote control can set volume regardless of the value of Maximum Volume Setup. · When DMR playback ends, the TV volume will return to the value in effect when DMR playback was started. c Highlight Done, and then press OK. NOTE: · Some DMCs can view or modify the device name of the DMR. · Depending on the TV's state, it may not be possible to set the device name from the web page. · Review the owner's manual of the DMC to confirm the method for accessing web pages. Media Controller Setup You can limit which DMC can control this TV.
