Refrigerant Recovery When Replacing the Compressor n How to operate the system during repairing of the defective outdoor unit MMY-MAP0501HT8(-E), MMY-MAP0601HT8(-E), MMY-MAP0801HT8(-E), MMY-MAP1001HT8(-E), MMY-MAP1201HT8(-E) <Work procedure> 1. Next, recover the refrigerant in the system by using a recovery device, etc. The refrigerant amount to be recovered is determined based upon the capacity of the troubled outdoor unit. (See the following table. ) Example) In a case of backup for 10HP-outdoor unit in 30HP system: in the original system HP (30HP system) = 36. 0kg Refrigerant amount in system HP (20HP system) after backup = 27. 0kg Refrigerant amount to be recovered = 36. 0 ­ 27. 0 = 9kg 3. For the unit which refrigerant has been recovered, execute "Outdoor Unit Backup Setup" in another section. All the work has finished.
