The upper heater element will work with half power and cycle ON and OFF to maintain the selected temperature. Always cook food promptly after thawing. To Use The BAKE Function Turn the function selector knob to the BAKE position, then turn the temperature control knob to the desired oven temperature. The bottom heater elements will cycle ON and OFF to maintain the selected temperature. Close the door to the first notch, leaving approximately a 1-inch gap at the top. Turn the function selector to the BROIL setting, then turn the temperature control knob to the desired oven temperature.
