Selecting stereo/SAP broadcasts The multi-channel TV sound (MTS) feature allows you to listen to high-fidelity stereo sound while watching TV. MTS can also transmit a second audio program (SAP) containing a second language, music, or other audio information (when provided by individual stations). When the TV receives a stereo or SAP broadcast, the word "ST. SAP", "Stereo" or "SAP" appears on-screen every time the TV is turned on, the channel is changed, or DISPLAY is pressed. To listen to stereo sound: Repeatedly press AUDIO SELECT to select Stereo.
