The mill beaker may become discoloured when you use the mill to process ingredients such as cloves, anise and cinnamon. Filter (HR2004 only) caution Never use the filter to process ingredients hotter than 80°C. Do not put more than 70g dried soy beans or 150g fruit in the filter at the same time.
