Units using Remote Blower: a) Wiring the Remote Blower Wire connections between the range and remote blower shall be made as follows: 1. Grasp the five wires and cut as close to molded connector as possible. Remove plug from electric "knockout" from plenum bottom (right front corner). Secure remote blower flex conduit/wiring to plenum conduit connector, 4. Connect color coded range wires to remote blower wires using wire nuts or approved splices. NOTE: Remove and discard shipping bracket (attached to bottom of motor and inlet collar). Provide a square hole through the roof (or wall), as shown by dashed lines, or cut a round hole to fit duct with a separate hole for electrical conduit as shown by solid lines in Figure 10. Install the Remote Blower on the roof or wall (with discharge pointing down slope) according to the Standard Roofing Procedures (front discharge edge should be on the top of shingles and the rear edge underneath the shingles). For installation on a flat roof, or roofs with a pitch less than 1-1/2" in 12", install ventilator on the curb as shown in Figure 11.
