[. . . ] AXON AX 100 MKII Firmware update To update the Firmware in your AX 100 MKII, please follow these steps: First install the latest version of the software editor and save your personal settings and presets to your computer. [. . . ] Please wait until the display shows: Start editor and load update file Start the AXON AX 100 Editor Software on your computer. Make sure that a MIDI out port of your computer is connected to the AX 100 MKII. Select the correct PC MIDI out device in the Global page of the Editor Software. Set the Filetype selector to "All Files (*. *)" Find the folder where your update file is located, select the update file (ending with . axu) and press "open". The Axon display will show: Loading update - - - Wait until the upload has finished. The Axon display will show: Erasing Flash Wait until Erasing has finished. [. . . ] Please wait until the progress bar is competed because otherwise it could be that the firmware-update has not been completed in the flash and this would cause a total crash of the device.
