Precautions concerning batteries < Be sure to insert the batteries with correct positive "+" and negative "_" polarities. < When the remote control unit is not to be used for a long time (more than a month), remove the batteries from the remote control unit to prevent them from leaking. If they leak, wipe away the liquid inside the battery compartment and replace the batteries with new ones. < Do not heat or disassemble batteries and never dispose of old batteries by throwing them in a fire. How to open/close the turntable cover Be careful not to damage the drive belt when assembling the turntable. < When turning on the power to the unit, the tone arm may move if the cum was subjected to shock during transportation and has been displaced. If the tone arm does not automatically return to the tone arm rest, pull the STOP lever. AM broadcast Turn around the unit to find the best position for AM stations.
