For Windows 98/Me/2000 The installation procedure for the PCMCIA Card Driver varies depending on the version of Windows 98/Me/2000 installed in your computer. To install the driver on a Windows 98/Me/2000 system, follow these steps: 1. Insert the PCMCIA card into the PCMCIA card slot in your laptop computer. The other end of the card/cable should already be connected to the interface connector on the PortaDVD.
