The advanced management interface contains 15 main menu items as described in the following table. Menu System Description Sets the local time zone, the password for administrator access, and the IP address of a PC that will be allowed to manage the Barricade remotely. Sets the TCP/IP configuration for the Barricade LAN interface and DHCP clients. Configures the radio frequency, SSID, and security for wireless communications. Configures a variety of security and specialized functions including: Access Control, URL blocking, Internet access control scheduling, intruder detection, and DMZ. WAN LAN Wireless NAT Route Firewall 4-16 ADVANCED SETUP Menu SNMP UPnP ADSL DDNS VoIP QoS Tools Description Community string and trap server settings. Configures VoIP settings for the VoIP Router, and view VoIP status log. Allows you to optimize voice quality by prioritizing voice over data traffic. Contains options to backup & restore the current configuration, restore all configuration settings to the factory defaults, update system firmware, or reset the system. Provides WAN connection type and status, firmware and hardware version numbers, system IP settings, as well as DHCP, NAT, and firewall information. Displays the number of attached clients, the firmware versions, the physical MAC address for each media interface, and the hardware version and serial number. Shows the security and DHCP client log. Status 4-17 CONFIGURING THE VOICE ADSL ROUTER SYSTEM Time Settings Select your local time zone from the drop down list. This information is used for log entries and client filtering. For accurate timing of log entries and system events, you need to set the time zone. If you want to automatically synchronize the ADSL router with a public time server, check the box to Enable Automatic Time Server Maintenance. Select the desired servers from the drop down menu. 4-18 ADVANCED SETUP Password Settings Use this page to change the password for accessing the management interface. Passwords can contain from 3~12 alphanumeric characters and are case sensitive. Note: If you lost the password, or you cannot gain access to the user interface, press the blue reset button on the rear panel, holding it down for at least five seconds to restore the factory defaults.
