Tape Playback Functions with the Remote Control (Only supplied with VL-Z5) The slow function allows you to play back images in slow motion. Then, select the tape direction using the advance/reverse buttons (j or h). To protect the tape, the camcorder automatically returns to normal playback if it is left in Slow mode for more than 10 minutes. You can use the following playback functions with the remote control (only supplied with VL-Z5). This function allows you to play back images rotated 180°. You can capture your favourite image frame from a video tape recording and save it on card. Auto Focus may not be able to focus on the subject in the situations shown below. White paper or white cloth The colour of the subject on the screen looks different depending on lighting conditions. Lock the White Balance if the Auto White Balance does not work properly. "LOCK" flashes during the locking procedure, and stops flashing after locking the white balance.
