Important safety information · Do not disassemble this machine or attempt any procedures not described in this manual. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. · This machine must only be connected to a 220-230 V, 50 Hz, grounded (2-prong) outlet. Connecting it to any other kind of outlet may damage the machine. · Do not install or use the machine near water, or when you are wet. A lithium battery keeps automatic dialling numbers in memory The machine uses a lithium battery to keep automatic dialing numbers and other programmed data in memory when the power is turned off. With the power kept continuously off, the life of the battery is about 5 years. Sending Documents 2 Sending a Fax by Automatic Dialing Rapid Key Dialling If the number you want to dial has been stored for Automatic Dialling as a Speed Dial number from 01 to 10, you can dial it by pressing the corresponding Rapid Key. 1 Load the document(s).
