FEATURES Hour, minute and second hands. [. . . ] Swinging the watch 200 times further will reserve approximately one day of power. Do not pull the crown out to the second click position with the intention of stopping the second hand just to save energy. By doing so, a large amount of current flows through the built-in Integrated Circuit. Therefore, pulling the crown out to the second click position will not save energy but, in fact, consume more energy than usual. ENERGY DEPLETION FOREWARNING FUNCTION When the second hand starts moving at two-second intervals instead of the normal one-second intervals, the watch will run down in approximately 12 hours. Turn crown counterclockwise until the previous day's date appears. [. . . ] Do not press buttons "A" and "B" at the same time, or press one of the two buttons while keeping the other pressed.
