[. . . ] Incorrect installation may damage property or cause harm to people or animals. If the appliance is to be installed above an oven, the oven must have a forced ventilation cooling system. Avoid installing the hob above a dishwasher: if this cannot be avoided, place a waterproof separation device between the two appliances. The cabinet compartment must possess the following measurements: The appliance must be installed on a perfectly level supporting surface. [. . . ] If the setting is not confirmed by pressing the OK button within 20 seconds, the duration will be memorised automatically. A buzzer sounds for approximately 1 minute and the cooking zone switches off when the set programme has finished. The display will present the following options: SAVE: enables the recently completed sequence to be memorised. If you select SAVE the memorised sequence will be entered automatically with the name MEMO. During the memorisation process, it is possible to operate the other cooking zones, but it is not possible to programme them. A memorised programme may be recalled only if the cooking zone is switched off. Press the button at the side of the display which corresponds to the cooking zone for which a sequence has been memorised. The cooking zone switches on and repeats the sequence memorised previously, until it is complete and switches off. Once the MEMO mode has been activated, to return to the manual mode press the and buttons at the side of the power level indicator. A memorised programme may be deleted only if the cooking zone is switched off. Press the button at the side of the display which corresponds to the cooking zone for which a sequence has been memorised. O IL Preheats oil without altering its properties before food is added to the pan. BUTTER Melts butter without altering its properties before food is added to the pan. Starting the Cookeye ® function The Cookeye® module is only compatible with saucepans, frying pans and casseroles in the Perfection range by Tefal. Clip the Cookeye® onto the handle of the cookware, turning it towards the centre (see figure). The power level indicator for the selected hotplate will display the different power levels during the assisted cooking function. Switch on the hob and put the Clipso pan on one of the two cooking zones at the rear right hand side or the front left hand side of the hob. Cooking with Clipso Eye Cooking will start automatically once the programme has been confirmed. The power level indicators for the relevant hotplate will remain lit and the following symbol will be shown on the module display: (see diagram). Once the optimal pressure has been reached (the pan releases steam) the timer begins to count down automatically. The Clipso Eye module should be used with the Clipso Control pan to automatically regulate If it is necessary to interrupt the cooking programme (for example, to add ingredients), switch off the Clipso Eye Module and programme the cooking time again. Exhausted appliances should be collected separately in order to optimise the cost of re-using and recycling the materials inside the machine, while preventing potential damage to the atmosphere and to public health.
