Note: Viewing Events To view your scheduled events: 1. Using your navigation key, highlight the day for which you would like to view events and press . (If you have events scheduled for the selected day, they will be listed in chronological order). Tip: In the calendar view, days with events scheduled are indicated with a triangle. 3. To display the details of an event listed in the schedule, highlight the event and press . 119 Section 2G: Using the Phone's Calendar and Tools Going to Your Desired Date To go to the Calendar menu for your desired date: 1. Enter the date you wish to go to using the navigation key Erasing a Day's Events To erase a day's scheduled events: 1. Select > Calendar, select the date for which you set . events, and press > Erase Event > Yes. 2. Repeat the same steps for other events of the day. Note: You can erase registered Call Alarms (see the next section) if you select a Call Alarm event in step 2 above. Purging All Events To delete all scheduled events: Select > Calendar > Options (right softkey) > Erase Memory > Erase All > Yes. Note: All events are erased including Call Alarms (see page 121) and To Do List items (see page 123). 120 Section 2G: Using the Phone's Calendar and Tools Using the Call Alarm Feature Adding a Call Alarm to the Calendar You can set call alarms to notify you when you need to place a call. The call alarm will let you know when and to whom to place a scheduled call. Select > Calendar and select the day to which you want to add a call alarm. 2. Enter the phone number directly or press Options (right softkey) for options. Select the following items. Time/Date to edit the start time and date. Press Save (left softkey). Tip: You can also add a call alarm from the Contacts menu. (See "Contacts Entry Options"on page 108. ) Section 2G: Using the Phone's Calendar and Tools 121 Call Alarm Menu When your phone is turned on and you have scheduled a call alarm, your phone alerts you and displays the name or phone number you wish to call. Select or View (left softkey) to silence the alarm and see the unchecked event list. 2. Highlight the unchecked event and press to see the call alarm details, or press Options (right softkey) for the following options. (To select an option, highlight it and press . ) Call to dial the scheduled phone number. Call:Speaker On to dial the scheduled phone number in speakerphone mode. Go to Phone Book appears when the number is already in your Contacts list. (See "Saving a Phone Number"on page 37. ) If you press Exit (left softkey) during step 2 above, you are prompted to erase the unchecked event. Select Yes to erase or No to cancel.
