Erasing All Voice Dial Tags
To erase all voice dial tags:
1. Select Yes.
> Tools > Voice Services > Voice Dial > Erase All.

Managing Voice Memos
You can use your phone's Voice Services to record brief memos to remind you of important events, phone numbers, or grocery list items.
Tip: If you haven't signed up for the Sprint PCS Ready Link service and Sprint PCS Ready Link mode is set to Disable, or the Sprint PCS Ready Link service is locked, you can use the Ready Link/Memo Button ( ) as a Voice Memo button in standby mode.
Recording Voice Memos
To record a voice memo:
1. Select
> Tools > Voice Services > Voice Memo > Record or Record:Speaker. or Press , and then select Record or Record:Speaker.
2. Start recording after the beep.
To end the recording of your memo: Press , , or .
in standby mode.
Tip: To record in speakerphone mode, press and hold
To record the other party's voice during a phone call:
1. Press Options (right softkey) > Tools > Voice Services >
Voice Memo > Record.
2. Start recording after the beep.
To end the recording during a phone call: Press or while recording. Call recording is disabled while you are roaming in analog service areas. 124 Section 2H: Using Your Phone's Voice Services
When the recording capacity is full, highlight an old memo and press Erase (left softkey). Then select Yes to make room for additional memos.
Note: Your phone can store up to 12 memos and the total available
recording time is 72 seconds (maximum of 18 seconds per memo).
Voice Services
Tip: Voice Memos are stored with the date and time stamp in reverse
chronological order, except when recorded in a no service area.
Reviewing Voice Memos
To play the voice memos you have recorded:
1. Select
> Tools > Voice Services > Voice Memo > Play or Play:Speaker.
2. Press Slow (left softkey) or Fast (right softkey) to change the playing speed. To play the newer/older memo, press the navigation key right or left.
3. Press
Tip: To set the speakerphone mode on or off, press Options (right softkey) >
Speaker On/Off during step 2 above.
Erasing Voice Memos
To erase an individual voice memo:
1. Select
> Tools > Voice Services > Voice Memo > Play or Play:Speaker. Select the memo you want to erase and press Options

To erase all voice memos: Select > Tools > Voice Services > Voice Memo > Erase All >Yes. or Press , then select Erase All >Yes.
Setting Up Screen Call
This feature enables you to screen incoming calls by using a recorded announcement, either one that is pre-recorded or one that you record. You can also record the caller's message into the Voice Memo list.
Activating Screen Call
To start Screen Call when you have incoming calls: When the phone rings or vibrates, press Options (right softkey) > Screen Call. Set the answering time by using numeric keys or by
pressing the navigation key up or down.
