Operating the projector properly enables you to manage those features and maintains it in better condition for a considerable time. Improper operation may result in not only shortening the product-life, but also malfunctions, fire hazard, or other accidents. If your projector seems to operate improperly, read this manual again, check operations and cable connections and try the solutions in the "Trouble-shooting" section of the end of this booklet. [. . . ] Current mode Selected Mode Shows status (Stored / Free) of selected Mode. Press POINT LEFT/RIGHT button to adjust value. Press SELECT button at this icon to adjust "Clamp, " "Display area (H/V)" or set "Full screen. " Press SELECT button at Current mode icon to show information of computer connected. NOTE : Fine sync, Display area, Display area H, Display area V and Full screen cannot be adjusted when "480p", "575p", "480i", "575i", "720p (HDTV)", "1035i (HDTV)" or "1080i (HDTV)" is selected on PC SYSTEM Menu (P24). Press SELECT button at Display area icon and Display area dialog box appears. Display area Press POINT LEFT /RIGHT button(s) to adjust value and then press SELECT button. To store adjustment data. This Mode has parameters being stored. 3 Store To store adjustment parameters, move a red frame pointer to Store icon and then press SELECT button. Move a red arrow pointer to any of Mode 1 to 5 that you want to store and then press SELECT button. Mode free To clear adjustment parameters previously set, move a red frame pointer to Mode free icon and then SELECT button. Move a red arrow pointer to Mode that you want to clear and then press SELECT button. Reset Reset all adjust parameters on adjustment dialog box to previous figure. Quit Closes PC ADJUST MENU. Store icon Vacant Mode Shows values of "Total dots, " "Horizontal, " "Vertical, " "Display area H, " and "Display area V. " To clear adjustment data. Mode free icon Close this dialog box. 27 COMPUTER INPUT PICTURE IMAGE SELECT IMAGE LEVEL SELECT (DIRECT) Select image level among Standard, Real, Image 1, Image 2, Image 3 and Image 4 by pressing IMAGE button on Top Control or on Remote Control Unit.
