This limited warranty also does not cover and is void with respect to the following: Excluded Costs and Damages (ix) cosmetic damage; (x) shipping; (xi) cost of installation, removal, or reinstallation; (xii) signal reception problems (unless caused by defect in material and workmanship) or defective function of the wireless network; (xiii) damage resulting from fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, acts of terrorism, acts of war, acts of God, or other acts that are not the fault or are outside the reasonable control of Mobile ESPN or its suppliers and vendors; and (xiv) damage caused by computer or Internet viruses, bugs, worms, Trojan horses, cancelbots or other malware. Warranty Section 4B: Warranty 271 Further Restrictions Without limiting the foregoing, this limited warranty does not apply if Mobile ESPN determines that the Product is not faulty or that the malfunction results from the use of the Product in conjunction with accessories, products, or ancillary or peripheral equipment not supplied by or expressly authorized for use by Mobile ESPN.
