Use eight ¼-20 x 0. 5 Screws (e) and eight ¼ Lock Washers (F) to fasten the Top Backboard to the Backboard Joining Plates (C), and the Mounting Rails as shown in Figure 4. Make sure all twenty-four of the ¼-20 x 0. 5 Screws are tight.
