Always use "low suds" laundry soap, which is designed for automatic washing machines. When determining the detergent quantity, it's necessary to consider recommendations of the detergent manufacturer, indicated on the package, as well as weight, type of laundry, it's fouling factor and water hardness in your region. Note: Keep detergents and additives in a safe, dry place out of the reach of children. 7 Maintaining the Washing Machine Repairing a frozen washing machine If the temperature drops below freezing and your washing machine is frozen: 1. Pour warm water into the washing machine drum and let it sit for 10 minutes. Reconnect the water supply hose to the water faucet and check if the water supply and drain operations are normal.
