Before start-up, make sure that the sawblade is properly fixed and operating correctly. The table saw must be earthed in compliance with applicable standards. Damaged cables and plugs must be replaced immediately by an electrician. All damaged parts/systems must be replaced immediately with genuine spare parts/systems. Workpieces with a tendency to tip or twist must be handled with due care. When the distance between the sawblade and the rip guide is less than 120 mm, you must use a push stick to move the workpiece through the machine. Do not use the machine without a riving knife or an anti-kickback device. If you are working in an enclosed space, your machine must be connected to a sawdust extraction device (air speed: min. If the sawblade becomes jammed in the workpiece, stop the motor immediately. A dull sawblade can also prevent the motor from reaching its maximum operating rate. If you use a dull sawblade, burn marks may appear on the surface of the blade.
