If the sensor measures a higher value, there is no power output until the temperature has dropped down again to a tolerable value!For temperatures above 180 °C, please use the "temperature level" mode. The control of the direct selection programmes is designed in such a way that the temperature is as accurate as possible and thus overheating can be avoided. Due to the direct measuring of temperature the control of temperature is working with a high accuracy. [. . . ] In case the temperature on the hob is above 60 °C, the left display field shows "-H-".
