In order to enjoy the sound as it should be heard, please wear the earpieces so that they fit snugly into your ears. If the earpieces do not fit your ears, exchange them with either the L or S sized ones, which are included. ) To remove an earpiece, grasp the body of the unit and gently pull the tip of the earpiece.
