If you cannot successfully eject the tray by pushing a thin, rigid object in, the situation may be as follows. The four vanes may be oriented just at the angles as shown below. In such a case, push the tip of the thin wire in the following direction with the wire angled at about 15 degrees so that the tray can easily be ejected.
