Obtaining a License Key for DXi2500-D and DXi4500 This section describes how to obtain a DXi Advanced Reporting license key for DXi2500-D and DXi4500 systems. Note: For information about obtaining a license key for other DXi systems, or for detailed instructions for downloading and installing DXi Advanced Reporting on all DXi systems, see the DXi Advanced Reporting User's Guide (6-67004-01). Locate the License Certificate you obtained from Quantum, and then perform the following steps: 1 Open a Web browser on a computer with Internet access. http://www. quantum. com/licensekeys/upgrades/index. aspx The License Key Management page displays. 3 Enter the DXi system serial number in the Serial Number box and click Submit. Note: The serial number appears under System Details on the Home page in the remote management pages. 4 Enter the authorization code (printed on the License Certificate) and click Get License Key. 5 For detailed instructions for entering the license key in the DXi remote management pages, see the DXi Advanced Reporting User's Guide (6-67004-01). On the Replication report, namespace replication statistics are not reported when namespace replication occurs immediately following continuous replication. DXi Advanced Reporting no longer logs performance data after upgrading the firmware on a DXi3500 or DXi5500 system. If an older version of the DART service tool is installed on a DXi system running DXi Advanced Reporting, no error message is displayed. When the Web browser is refreshed, the DXi Advanced Reporting interface reverts to its default appearance.
