To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a correct outlet. if the plug of heater does not fit fully in the outlet , contact a qualified electrician. [. . . ] Do not place heater on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked. Always place the heater on a stable, flat, level surface when operating, to avoid the chance of the heater overturning. Locate the power cord so the heater or other objects are not resting on it. Arrange power cord away from room traffic and where it will not be tripped over. DESCRIPTION OF THE HEATER When the appliance is switched on for the first time, a slight smell may be emitted. Make sure that the heater is in the OFF (0) position before plugging the heater into a outlet. The power light will light up when initially plugging the heater into a outlet. Low heat (750W) is represented by the I and High heat (1500W) by the II. For fan-only operation, without any heat output, turn Power knob to the fan setting represented by The Power light will remain lit during operation. Before setting the thermostat, allow heater to operate and warm up the room. When the desired temperature comfort level is reached, lower the thermostat setting until the heater stops operating. This is done by moving the thermostat knob towards the minimum setting (-). The heater will now automatically maintain the pre-set temperature level by cycling the heater ON and OFF. To prevent the unit from cycling, you need to adjust the thermostat setting. When an overheat temperature is reached, the heater will be automatically shut off.
