When the NBX system is running in IP on the Fly mode, the Polycom phone is able to make a call to an IP phone (and or VTL call), however when the call is ended the Polycom phone locks up. NOTE: The above bug only occurs when the Polycom phone is installed as Layer 2 with respect to the system NCP. 01208 00923 Phone cannot be upgraded when installed as a Layer 3 device.
