Set up the conferencing options and features in the Conference Options area. When all information is complete, click Commit Subscriber Changes at the bottom of the page. If you selected Auto Assign and a routing list that has more than one number group associated with it, an intermediate dialog box appears asking you to select a number group. For more information about routing lists and number groups, see "Auto Assign, Subscriber Groups, Routing Lists, and Number Groups" on page 23.
9
If necessary, select the number group to which the subscriber should be assigned. If any information is missing or incorrect, the ReadiVoice system tells you what the problem is.
10 Click Commit Subscriber Changes.
11 If the update fails, note the problem. Then click the link to return to the New Subscriber page, make the needed corrections, and click Commit Subscriber Changes again. If the update is successful, the ReadiVoice system confirms that the subscriber has been added and displays the new subscriber's information. 12 Give the subscriber this information.

Subscriber Information
The Subscriber Information area is at the top of the New Subscriber page (see Figure 2-6). Table 2-1 describes the fields it may contain.
Figure 2-6 Subscriber Information section of New Subscriber page
Table 2-1 Field First Name Middle Name Last Name Title Company Name Address Phone Subscriber External ID
Subscriber information fields Description Enter the first name of the subscriber (the person who owns and is responsible for this account). Enter the company's (or subscriber's) address, including street, city, state, and ZIP code. An alternative ID sometimes used to link the record to another database, for "leg-based" billing, to store translation numbers (routing solutions) in a routed system, or to identify the subscriber to a conference recording service. If your system uses fixed translation numbers (stored in this field) for routing, then each subscriber's external ID must be unique and must have the correct number of digits. See "About External IDs as Translation Numbers" on page 39 for more information.
Subscriber External ID B
A second alternative ID. If not, leave it blank.

Billing Information
The Billing Information section is the second section of the New Subscriber page (see Figure 2-7).
Figure 2-7 Billing Information section of New Subscriber page
If the subscriber group to which you're adding the new subscriber is a corporate group, then this section inherits all the billing information entered for the corporate group, and you probably shouldn't modify it. Table 2-2 describes the fields and settings of the Billing Information section. They're for your company to use as it wishes, and the descriptions here are just general guidelines. [. . . ] If you enter an access number that doesn't already exist, the system creates it. Without additional network configuration, calls to that number won't reach the system!
5
Click the Modify Subscriber button. If any information is missing or incorrect, the ReadiVoice system tells you what the problem is. Otherwise, it confirms that the subscriber has been changed and displays a list of the accepted changes. [. . . ]
