[. . . ] With finer grinding, the coffee will have a deeper and stronger taste, with coarser grinding the coffee will have a light and delicate taste. According to regulation of the type of grinding, the machine automatically chooses the right dose of coffee powder. After regulating, close the cover (17) putting it back in its position. With this handle (22) you can set as you like the amount of water to be used for the preparation of your coffee: by turning the handle clockwise, more water will be used and so the coffee will be longer. The machine is equipped with a selection button (1) for automatic dispensing of longer coffee. Push the washing cycle button (6) by using a cup to collect the water coming out from the dispensers (21); this operation is made for cleaning the machine and taking it to an optimum condition for the dispensing of the first coffee. Push the button (6), the dispensing of hot water will start and will last until it gets to 200 cc. Put the container with the liquid under the dispenser (14) and push the steam button (5). After a few minutes, the steam will come out untill you push the button again. The steam lance is set for frothing milk, allowing easier frothing during the steam heating of the milk. Should the machine be used for the dispensing of one coffee immediately after the steam dispensing, it is advisable to do a washing cycle by pushing the button (6) to restablish the correct water temperature.
