The original retail purchase is not made from an AUTHORIZED PEAVEY DEALER; or c. Notice of address changes - If you move from the address shown on the WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD, you should notify Peavey of the change of address so as to facilitate your receipt of any bulletins or other forms of notification which may become necessary in connectron with any condition that may require dissemination of information or correction. This product should be located so that its position does not interfere with its proper ventilation.
