Insert the narrower end of the helical spring 3 into the opening of the multifunctional holder 7 . Turn the helical spring 3 clockwise to fix the multifunctional holder 7 in place. Removal of a soldering tip 2 or a copper attachment 9 10 11 may only be done when the appliance has been switched off and the soldering tip or attachment has cooled down. Continue to feed further solder until the whole joint has a covering of solder. Then quickly remove the soldering tip in order to avoid overheating the molten solder.
