This new mobile handset features dual LCD screen displays with a unique landscape-oriented main screen. There is a 262K color 1. 8" TFT display on the inside, and a smaller 65K 1. 0" sub-display on the outside. [. . . ] 3 The world map appears with the city, its date and time. C H 4 4 To return to the previous page, press . 88 89 CAMERA TAKE PHOTO Taking pictures with your phone's built-in camera is as simple as choosing a subject, pointing the lens and pressing a button. You can activate the Camera Mode and take pictures when the phone is open. CAMERA CAMERA MODE OPTIONS When the phone is open and in Camera Mode, several user options are available. TAKING A PICTURE THROUGH THE MENU GALLERY Press [GALLERY] to enter Review Mode. From there you can view the captured pictures, view a running count of stored pictures and more. 1 Press [MENU] or press . RESOLUTION Press the Navigation Key up or down to adjust the picture size from High (640x480 pixels) to Med (320x240 pixels) to Low (160x120 pixels). The current picture size appears at the top left side of the display screen. 2 Point the camera lens at your subject. You can check the picture framing through the main display screen. 3 Press C H 4 [OK] or the side camera button to take the picture. ZOOM Press the Navigation Key left or right to change the magnification. (Zoom to 1x, 2x or 4x magnification in Low Resolution and 1X and 2X in Medium Resolution. ) 4 To save the picture, press [SAVE]. To send the picture to someone, press [SEND]. You cannot place or receive calls while in Camera Mode. All incoming voice calls will be forwarded to voicemail. C H 4 UNDER SUB LCD [MENU] The sub LCD will show a representation of the picture to be taken. Use the sub LCD to help frame yourself for a self portrait. TAKING A PICTURE IN IDLE MODE FLASH To activate the flash function. (Off / On this shot / Always On) 1 Press the Side Camera button or press and hold to activate Camera Mode. SELF TIMER To activate the camera's timer function. (Off / 5 Secs / 10 Secs) 2 Point the camera lens at your subject. You can check the picture framing through the main display screen. IMAGE CONTROLS To select an option from the following. (Brightness / Image Effect / Contrast / Quality) 3 Press the side camera button to take the picture. To send the picture to someone, press [SEND]. 90 SHUTTER SOUND To select a shutter sound. (Off / Shutter 1 / Shutter 2 / Shutter 3 / Say "Cheese") 91 CAMERA PHOTO GALLERY Your phone enters Review Mode after taking a picture. CAMERA PHOTO MESSAGE Once you've taken a picture, you can use the messaging capabilities of your phone to instantly share it with family and friends.
