Recorded Message This key is selected to hear all recorded messages. To listen to the recorded messages, select the recorded message by moving the [ ][ ]key and press [ ] button on the selected message. The answering machine will not work when full capacity is reached (10 messages). Users can listen to the message being recorded by hearing into the earpiece and can connect to the call any time during the recording by pressing the [ ] button. Whenever a message is recorded, a "Recorded Message" sign giving the number of recorded messages is displayed on the sub-LCD. A "Audio-cassette" type icon appears on the idle screen, in case there any unread/ unheard messages among the recorded messages. 69 Response Message This key enables the user to choose between a set of 3 predefined messages and one user defined message as their choice of response message, when an incoming call is received. Absent : "I am not available right now, please leave a message after the tone. " Meeting : "I am in a meeting right now, please leave a message after the tone. " Driving : "I am driving right now, please leave a message after the tone" User defined message is a message that the user can record by themselves.
