Note: If the scales are moved from their usual position, this can cause inaccurate weight readings the first few times the scales are used. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE If any problems occur with use of the scales: 1. Check that the scales are placed on a flat, level floor and are not touching against any wall. If the display remains blank or "LO" is displayed when you press on the scales to turn them on, try inserting new batteries.
