You will lose all unsaved data. n 79 N Customizing Your VAIO Computer If the computer is not used for a certain period of time, it will enter Sleep mode. To modify this, you can change the Sleep mode settings. To change the Sleep mode settings 1 2 3 Click Start, Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, and Power Options. To avoid invalidation of the warranty during your product warranty period, we recommend that: You should contact your dealer to install a new memory module. You should not install it yourself, if you are not familiar with upgrading memory on a computer. You should not touch the connectors or open the memory module compartment cover. Improper installation of memory modules may cause damage to your system. A residual image may appear on the LCD screen if the same image is displayed for a long period of time. You may, however, see tiny black points and/or bright points (red, blue, or green) that continuously appear on the LCD screen.
