By operating an amplifying system, you can produce excessive sound pressure levels that may lead to permanent hearing loss. [. . . ] If no selection is made with the control TRACK while in menu mode, you exit the menu automatically. If the automatic beat counter is not able to determine the number of beats per minute (BPM) of the current title, this button allows you to manually set the BPM. Keep the button pressed for 2 seconds to return to the automatic counting mode. With the function activated, the tonal pitch of the title remains constant when the speed is changed with the PITCH CONTROL (corresponding symbol is indicated in the display). This sliding control sets the replay speed (with the function "Tempo Lock" activated, the tonal pitch will not be changed). A function "Search" is activated (control LED lights up): for fast forward/reverse within the current title in replay mode and in pause mode. As long as the wheel is rotated in a clockwise direction the title speed is increased and decreased when rotated in a counter-clockwise direction. When you stop turning the wheel the speed will automatically return to normal. In pause mode, the ROTARY WHEEL can be used for precisely selecting a desired spot to 1 frame (1/75 second). To avoid accidental shutdown, you have to keep this button pressed for 2 seconds to turn the unit off. Buttons to memorize and replay a seamless loop: IN: A sets the starting point of a loop B sets the Cue point without interrupting the music ("on the fly"). OUT: defines the end point of a continuous loop which is instantly started (LOOP comes on in the LCD). The loop will continue to play until the button OUT is pressed once again. A when pressing the button during replay the unit stops and returns to the last set Cue point. b when keeping the button pressed in pause mode , the title is momentarily replayed. As soon as you release the button the unit instantly returns to the Cue point. A turn the control to the left or right to select titles on the SD card. If you keep the control pressed while turning it at the same time, you can jump 10 titles forward or backward. To select folders, press the button FOLDER to switch this control to folder search mode. During replay the green LED lights, in pause mode the green LED flashes. B in pause mode, for precisely selecting a desired spot to 1 frame (1/75 second) within a title. Pitch Bend +/During replay, the function "Pitch Bend" creates a temporary change of speed according to the percentage set with the button % (PITCH). [. . . ] The mixer has to be equipped with a switch, button or fader that will connect the tip with the audio mass of the SDP-2 for starting the playback and the sleeve for pausing the playback when the respective channel is activated. New versions of the firmware will include new features, bug fixes and the optimization of current processes. We suggest to always operate the SDP2 with the latest firmware to insure the highest level of functionality.
