Object and Liquid Entry - Take care that objects do not fall into and that liquids are not spilled into the inside of the mixer. Cleaning ­ The appliance should be cleaned only as recommended by the manufacturer. Non-use Periods ­ The power cord of the appliance should be unplugged from the outlet when left unused for long periods of time. Phono/Line switch ­ select the appropriate position for your input device. With phono selected the input signal is fed directly to the high-quality RIAA phono pre-amplifiers so use this input only for turntables. Switch this over to the Line position for line devices such as CD players and Tape decks. Ground lug - use these connections with your turntables' grounding cable to avoid signal hum.
