When using or replacing the mains cable or extension cables, do not use types that differ from the manufacturer's original parts. The connectors on mains and extension cables must be at least splash-proof. The plug on the connecting cable must be inserted into a socket that accords with regulations. Always disconnect the mains cable from the power network before carrying out any cleaning, servicing or maintenance work.
