You should choose a combination of letters or numbers that you can remember easily and only you will know. For security purposes, it is recommended that you do not set up a sequential password such as 1-2-3-4, or repeated digits, such as 5-5-5-5. Name Response Options Your name response is a recording of your name only, without a greeting. When you send, reply to, or copy a message, your name response will precede your message. There are two types of message forwarding: · Immediate Forwarding -- The caller is notified that the message being left will be forwarded. · Silent Forwarding -- The caller hears your personal greeting and is not notified that the message is being forwarded.
