[. . . ] Input the number of seconds to display each slide and press Softkey 1 (OK). After composing the slide or slide presentation * To preview the slide/screen message, press MENU (Options Menu) to display the Drafts Options Menu. When the presentation is completed, press CLR (Clear/Back) to return to the composing draft screen. Press Softkey1 (Send) and manually input the recipient's phone number. From the Draft screen, you can also press Softkey 1 (Find) to access the last viewed Phonebook. If the entry has more than one phone number, press (Left) or (Right) navigation key to display the desired phone number. With the desired phone number displayed above the softkey 1 button, press Softkey 1 (To) to return to the Draft screen with the selected number placed in the To field. At the Subject field, input the subject of the message (up to maximum of 90 characters). Press Softkey 1 (Send) to send the message and save in the Sent folder. Email To create and send an Email from the Idle screen: * Press Softkey 1 (Message) and 1 to compose a new message Input the text for the message (refer to text entry on page 71). Press MENU (Options Menu) and select 4, 5, or 6 to input the desired option to insert images, sounds, or canned text. After composing the Email, Press MENU (Options Menu) and 1 to send the message to a previously stored contact; or, press Softkey1 (Send) and manually input the recipient's phone number. With the desired Email address displayed above the softkey 1 button, press Softkey 1 (To) to return to the Draft screen with the selected Email address placed in the To field. At the Subject field, input the subject of the message (up to maximum of 90 characters). Press Softkey 1 (Send) to send the message and save in the Sent folder. 80 Attachments Audio files of sounds or ring tunes and graphic files of wallpapers, animations and pictures may be attached to Emails. Other file types of text, spreadsheets, slides from Audio and Visual Other folder may be attached to Emails. Adding an Attachment To add an attachment to an Email: * Press MENU (Options Menu) and select the Attachment option. Highlight and select the desired image from the Pictures list or sound from the Music list to return to the Draft screen with the select image or sound attached to the Email. Deleting Attachments To delete an attachment from an Email: * Highlight attachment item. Press MENU (Options Menu), 2, and 3 to remove a picture from the Email; or, press MENU (Options Menu), 3, and 3 to remove a sound file. Saving Attachments An attachment received in an Email may be saved. The slide show containing graphics, audio, and text received in an MMS message may be saved as attachments. To preview and save an attachment received with an Email or MMS message at the message view screen: * Press (Down) navigation key to highlight an attachment in an Email or the slide show in an MMS message. Press MENU (Options Menu) and 4 to save the attachment. 81 Editing Messages SMS, MMS, and Email message types in the Drafts and Outbox folders may be edited. To edit a message: * Press Softkey 1 (Message) or MENU (Main) and 2 to display the Message center screen.
