[. . . ] SLATEX BELOW GRADE COLORSEAL is designed for application to Multicoat KRETE KOTE, TOP COAT, and other cementitious surfaces. DILUTED FIRST COAT APPLIED WITH ROLLER ADVANTAGES G G G G G Long Wearing Enhances Appearance Easy to clean - Minimal Maintenance Multiple color availability Clear Gloss and Clear Satin finishes available Weather and chemical resistant Waterbase - Environmentally safe to apply Excellent for Resealing and Coloring Old Kool Deck FULL STRENGTH SECOND COAT APPLIED WITH ROLLER OR AIRLESS SPRAYER G G G SURFACE PREPARATION All surfaces to which COLORSEALS are applied must be clean, free of grease, oil, dirt, dust, laitence, curing compounds, other foreign materials which may prevent bonding, and must be completely dry prior to COLORSEAL application. Multicoat KRETE KOTE and TOP COAT must be allowed to set up and cure for at least 24 to 48 hours before COLORSEAL application. New concrete should be allowed to cure for a minimum of 20 days, and be free from curing compounds, release agents if any, and other water repellent materials which may prevent proper bonding. APPLICATION Multicoat COLORSEALS must be applied in two thin coats. With continuous mixing, add clean water in ratio of 1 part water to 3 parts COLORSEAL. Seller's sole obligation shall be to replace material if found to be defective. Seller shall not be liable for any damages, injury, loss, direct or consequential, resulting from use of its products. LIMITATIONS Do not apply if surface temperature is less than 50°F. , over 100°F. , ambient temperature is less than 50°F and falling, over 100°F and rising, or if precipitation is expected within a 24 hour period. PACKAGING AND STORAGE Furnished in one (1) and five (5) gallon containers. Shelf life - approximately 9 months in unopened containers.
